I originally booked my tour via internet and was not offer the current special of buy one day on trolley get one free. After asking about this, the company explained why I did not have it on my tour but allowed me to get an extra day. They were great understanding this issue. The harbor cruise was also included and can be used anytime during your time in Boston which is great. I would certainly use this company again. The trolley bus was a great way to see the city and also hear lots of great information.

It took us to the exact places we were looking to go to. There was plenty of time to explore, and the driver was very knowledgeable. Although it rained that day, we did enjoy it.

The bus pick up at our hotel was on time. The tour guide offered his unique and well informed input throughout the tour. Despite not being a native Bostonian, (New Jersey), his narration showed he had done his research; not only keeping the guests entertained but enhancing our knowledge in what we were seeing. This is definitely a must for any new arrival or tourist to the Boston area.

Our driver was extremely knowledgeable and entertaining. He enhanced the value of the tour one hundredfold. The tour highlights led to familiarity with the areas that we wanted to explore further. I recommend this tour as a great first step to exploring Boston. It was the best value, along with the "Charlie Pass" for exploring Boston.
