Description
In this 1627 Pilgrim Village, each day corresponds to a day in the year 1627. As the colonists talk to you in 17th-century dialects, you'll learn what a pottage is and how a duck or bluefish is cooked on the hearth. You'll see cows or goats being milked as well as wattle and daub being applied to a house under construction.
Depending on the season, you may see a garden as it's planted, cornfields as they're hoed, or the harvest as it's brought in and stored. If you stop to talk with a householder, you may hear about issues of land ownership, payment of debt, or even the colony's latest gossip.
Each day in the Village is different and exciting, and each colonist is an individual whose conversation will intrigue and entertain you. Spend approximately 2.5 hours at the Plantation before returning to Boston.

Everything was fantastic but above all the bus driver: a very professional and competent person. Thanks again!!!!!

Plimoth Plantation is a must see on any trip to Boston. My only complaint was that I could have used more time to get into the time period. I felt a bit rushed.

I think the tour could have been shorter - not as long at Plymouth Plantation and a little longer in the town of Plymouth.

Quality of the bus was poor.

Everything on this tour is definitely worth seeing. I think the admission to go on the Mayflower II should be included in the price of the tour. That was a surprise. Our bus got caught in a lot of traffic. That made the stay at each stop much shorter than it should have been. We needed more time to view everything and to eat lunch. The bus driver saw me waiting for my lunch and actually honked the deafening bus horn at me to try to hurry me up, as if I could do anything about it. Rather rude in my opinion.
