We enjoyed the tour and thought the driver (Mark) added the right amount of informative information and commentary. Had organised stops and refeshments well.

Very enjoyable day, tour guide was excellent. The stops were very good with great view of the local scenery and so was the food. Best way to see the area I think - would definitely recommend it. Things to watch out for: 1. The reservation booking system is archaic. It should be able to book online/by phone without having to phone again to book hotel pickup and then queue to exchange voucher! 2. UK visitors note: no seatbelts provided for passengers on coach and driver holds microphone in one hand while driving - both would be illegal in UK I think!

Bus driver/tour leader excellent. Lunch very good value for money. Content of tour as described. Day spoiled by waiting for late pick-up, by waiting in a queue to exchange the internet print-out for a 'proper ticket' and by waiting in the bus before setting off.

I enjoyed the trip and I don't want to sound like a complete grouch, but think I should be honest about it as it was not all I hoped it would be. Fall was late this year - I was on the trip for the second week of the season and the leaves had barely started turning. We were told this once on the coach and was told that it would be a good trip anyway. The trip was over an hour late starting. The first stop at a cafe was too long and had no scenery. The stop at the forest was very short - not enough time to walk and enjoy the area at all. The stop at the town was longer - but to be honest when you want woods of autumn colours it is not the place to stop. Again lunch had no time for looking around the area. A stop at the lake was fairly long but there was nothing much to see colour wise. Finally, there was a stop at the farm shop - this seemed to be the longest stop of all which is fine if you want to shop, but was not quite what it sounded like in the brochure. My experience is that I enjoyed the trip, but if the fall had started I would have been very disappointed by the lack of time to enjoy and photograph the colours. I think it could be planned better to make the most of the colours. The other people on the coach were very friendly and considerate - especially to a single traveler. I am mad about nature, love photography and so honestly this was not the best trip for me.

We were unlucky to pick the only wet day of our holiday to do this tour. The weather reduced the enjoyment and the number of areas we could visit. The views and colours in many areas were still spectacular and the driver did his best to overcome the obstacles caused by the weather. On a clear, dry day this would easily have rated much higher. Not the companies fault. They can organize lots of things but unfortunately NOT the weather!
