I would recommend this trip. Only disappointment was the five hour excursion. Meet at Boston Harbor's Long Wharf, our convenient downtown port that is easily accessible by car and subway. You'll begin your 5-hour journey with our friendly staff and Lighthouse Experts from the American Lighthouse Foundation.

Enjoy your time out at sea as our experts guide and narrate your Lighthouse Tour, featuring some of the Oldest and Largest Lighthouses New England has to offer!

Bring your camera and prepare to shoot as we pass by lighthouses, such as Long Island Head Light, Deer Island Light and Boston Light, the Oldest Lighthouse Station in America established in 1716 and made of stone.

Heading north, we'll pass Graves Light, Hospital Point Light, Bakers Island Light and Eastern Point Light among others! Be on the lookout for the different colors flashing at the tip of the lighthouse towers every 5, 10, 20 seconds and so on.

View Thacher Island, the site of the only still-operating Twin Lighthouses left in the entire U.S. Towering 160 feet above sea level, the Twin Lighthouses still operate as official aides to the U.S. Coast Guard, and their blinking red lights can be seen for miles!

It was a great day and we saw some fantastic lighthouses. We were pleased that we were able to get some great photographs. I enjoyed hearing the commentary and history of the lighthouses. I would recommend this trip. Only disappointment was the five hour excursion. I believe we would have been just as happy with a four hour excursion and we would have had no idea that we missed anything. Good group of people.

We enjoyed the cruise but it was not as advertised. We didn't go up to the Thatcher Twin lights. Wasn't interested in the lights we saw in Plymouth which were not on the schedule.
